Our Services
Prestige Fitness Coaching provides information, education, and coaching designed to help personal trainers build and scale online fitness consulting businesses. Eligibility and Client Responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for providing accurate information, participating in good faith, making your own business decisions, complying with applicable laws and professional obligations, and maintaining appropriate insurance, qualifications, and client protections.
Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Prices and payment schedules are shown before purchase or set out in your service agreement. You authorise us and our payment providers to collect all amounts when due. Unless a written offer or agreement states otherwise, fees are non-refundable once digital materials, coaching access, or services have been supplied, except where applicable law requires a refund. Any cancellation rights available to consumers remain unaffected.
No Earnings or Results Guarantee
Testimonials, examples, revenue figures, and case studies illustrate individual experiences only. We do not promise or guarantee income, clients, profits, business growth, or any specific result. Outcomes depend on factors including your experience, effort, market, decisions, and circumstances.

Intellectual Property
The website, training, frameworks, recordings, documents, branding, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Prestige Fitness Coaching. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use supplied materials for your own business. You may not copy, share, record, publish, resell, teach, license, or create derivative products from them without written permission.
Confidentiality and Community Conduct
You must keep confidential any non-public business information and personal information shared by us or other participants. Harassment, discrimination, unlawful conduct, unauthorised promotion, or disruption of coaching spaces may result in removal without refund, subject to applicable law.

Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where you materially breach these terms, misuse our intellectual property, fail to pay amounts due, or threaten the safety or integrity of our services or community. Provisions concerning payment, intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, or data. Our total liability arising from a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith before starting formal proceedings.
